The best part? Once you receive your templates, they are yours to use forever. You’re free to create as many social media graphics as you like before, during and after your event! No ongoing graphic design support is needed!

Frequently Asked Questions
No. Your templates will be custom-designed and based on your unique brand. You can pick the layout configuration type for each template (save the date, speaker, sessions, etc.) if you want.
If you don’t have a preference, we’ll create layouts that will have the most flexibility in terms of customizing in Canva.
Once you purchase your pack, we’ll send you a questionnaire to gather info about your event.
We’ll ask for your branding elements such as logo, colors, and any other assets you’d like us to consider using.
If you don’t have branding assets, we can talk about how to create templates that will work without them, or we can create your branding for an additional fee.
Deliverables
Depending on the pack you purchase, you will get 6, 9 or 12 different custom-designed templates with your branding. They are delivered via a link after we build them in Canva. You click the link and it makes a copy, which you can then edit as you please.
Template Size
The templates will be 1080 px x 1080 px square. We design in a square ratio because it’s a universal size for images that can be used on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X (formerly Twitter) among others.
Additional sizes are available for an additional fee of $75 each.
Timing
We’ll deliver your drafts in about 3-5 business days after receiving your completed questionnaire and gathering any other info we may need.
You need to approve the drafts before we continue.
Once you approve the drafts, your templates will be delivered in about 5-7 business days.
