Through a broad strategic business planning process, Pennsylvania Precision Cast Parts (PPCP) identified the need to create and implement a comprehensive marketing initiative. While PPCP has been a successful industrial investment casting company for decades, it was clear that a stronger marketing presence and message would be necessary to achieve continued success in the future.
Sharper Creative recommended a brand-based marketing approach to better define PPCP’s value proposition and build a clear, positive visibility within the market, reaching both current and prospective customers. The first step was to utilize SCG’s brand development process to define PPCP’s unique set of benefits and characteristics that make the company the best choice for target customers. Next, an implementation plan was created and initiated, using a balance of broad-market and highly targeted communications to build the new PPCP brand and attract customers. Tactics include brochure and collateral, website, SEO, SEM, news releases, videos, YouTube, email marketing and more.
The first phase of PPCP’s marketing plan implementation has put a solid foundation in place, with numerous brand-building vehicles and opportunities. Thousands of industry professionals are visiting or viewing PPCP’s brand-rich website, blog posts, YouTube channel, electronic news releases, PPC & SEO exposures and more. Moving to phase 2 and beyond, we will continue to build the brand, while increasing customer targeting.
