The Client

Dannel is a licensed professional counselor and proud owner of Willow Oaks Counseling. While she excels at creating a safe, welcoming space for the patients she sees in person, she knew her practice’s website needed to reflect that same look and feel. In addition to wanting a new web design that expressed her credibility and personality, Dannel needed to move her website to a private host for improved performance and security. The goal was to create a website that reflected her values and required minimal technical maintenance.

Our initial scope focused solely on developing a website for Willow Oaks Counseling. However, during our discovery process, we found that the practice lacked a clearly defined brand identity.
